Turbo Kelly is sidelined for awhile with a constantly partially dislocated
shoulder, and that also causes bicep tendon impingement (plain english: not good).
Trying to rehab it up, but it'll be several months.

Turbo
Kicktm classes run for one full hour, and there is NO leaving early - it would be irresponsible for me
to let you leave without cooling down, stretching, and reducing your heart rate. The cool down is vital to any workout, not
just Turbo Kicktm.
***Please do not start stretching when you arrive. There is a big difference between
"stretching" and "warming up". Stretching cold muscles is VERY bad, can actually cause injuries and we
will do a full warm-up before our workout - thanks!
Please respect everyone's time -
arrive on time.
Age 10 and over only. NO CHILDREN under 10 in the building during class ***no babysitting
provided***.
The only 10-17 year olds in the building must be paying class members, seriously participating in the Turbo
class. If they are not participating, parent and child will be asked to leave, so make sure your child understands the rules.
It is unsafe for people to be on the floor who are not participating.
Please leave your young kids at
home and come out for an hour of stress-busting, fun, YOU time. You deserve it! These are all co-ed classes.
