TURBO KELLY CLASSES ARE NOW ON TEMPORARY HIATUS.

What You Need to Bring to Class:
payment for class (EXACT CHANGE ONLY), water, hat and/or towel for the sweat dripping in your eyes, indoor clean supportive runners (no outdoor shoes - you must change shoes when you arrive!), wear comfortable cool workout clothes, and . . . an open mind & great attitude!
Remember:
Everyone in that class, including Turbo Kelly, took their first Turbo Kicktm class at one time. There will be people who have been doing it for awhile, and beginners in pretty much every class - no one is left behind, and there's no pressure, so come on out.
You need to give Turbo Kicktm a good 3 classes before you decide if it's for you. It takes that long to figure out what the moves are called, and get in the groove, so stick with it!

 

Check the schedule OFTEN for changes/cancellations. This website, plus emails I send are the only way you are going to know if class is changed or cancelled.
It is a good idea to come to the website before each class, to check for cancellations.
